Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 tsp milk


  • 1/2 tsp vinegar


  • 2 drop yellow colour


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/4 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/3 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1/2 tsp red colour


  • 1/4 cups heavy cream

Directions

  • In a bowl add milk, vinegar, yellow colour and mix well (butter milk is ready)
  • Separate egg white in the mixing bowl, beat using beater, add sugar to it and beat. till peak forms
  • Once the peaks form add egg yolk and beat
  • Add flour, salt, vanilla essence and oil and mix well
  • Pour 3 tablespoons of Batter into a piping bag
  • Add butter paper to the baking tin, create a heart shape with a piping bag. Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 5 minutes
  • in remaining batter add cocoa powder, prepared milk, vinegar batter, red color and mix well.
  • Spread the barter in a baking tray. Bake at 180° C for 15 minutes
  • Beat the heavy cream. Once the cake is ready, spread the cream well.
  • Roll and keep in the fridge for half an hour. Then cut it and serve chill
